Provincial Directories "catch" you with misleading information on the telephone.

<p>Please avoid doing business with this company. I did some research and there are other unhappy client "caught" by them as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. They phoned us, asking us if we want our company info in the "provincial directory". Of course we rep**** yes, they then send a form we had to complete. We closed for the December 2016 holiday immediately after that, not completing and returning the form.</p> <p>2. In January they almost "hunted' us, phoning 3 times a day for almost 2 weeks on end , requesting the form. We had to complete it in a rush, returning it in a rush.</p> <p>3. Afterward we realized that we had to PAY for the adverti*****t and when we tried to cancel it they told us we cant and have to pay for 2 years. They immediately started to call us several times per day wanting to know when we will be paying the (full) invoice.</p> <p>4. So far we could not find any trace of the online directory, how in the world will customers find us???? What use is it then? </p> <p>5. We never had to approve an adverti*****t, nothing, no example of what it would look like?</p> <p>6. According to them they are handing us over to a debt collecter.</p>
