Let me start by saying this ONE star is supposed to be ZERO stars!!!!! How is this possible, that a company can email you to "UPDATE" your company details on an Excel sheet, then afterwards claim that that in fact is a binding contract for 2 years, and you are obligated to pay??? THEN, they have the nerve to actually phone you after 2 years telling you that you are in arrears with renewal fees....after you have made it abundantly clear on NUMEROUS occasions that no dealings exist between us and them!!!!!! How is this not ********* Modus Operandi? How has NO authoritative body NOT investigated this company?? This is NOT on ladies and gentlemen of said so called company - you should be ashamed of yourself!!
