I would like to compliment Maurice Dezile (Customer Service department) on the excellent service I received. Her attitude was truly exemplary, and took the time to address my concern in detail. Maurice assisted me efficiently, unlike the other staff I spoke to at the Provincial Directories Customer Service department, she didn’t took time to listen to me and she assisted to get everything correct and didn't just forwarded to me someone’s else.
