Worst Provident Fund Company Ever

Good Day Writing this on behalf of my uncle Planing on resigning your job, make sure you have a great Provident Fund Company that will pay out. I've resigned my job about 9 weeks ago, due to a much better opportunity. This PSSP Provident Found Private Security is the worst company ever "(I have wasted over R600 just on airtime trying to phone them and every time they tell me they were processing my things, it will be at least 2 weeks When i phoned again about a week ago, they said the process has been handled, so with in 5 working days, +- 1 week i will have my money Its been nearly 3 weeks and still no money, no i cant reach them)" - his words Please if someone sees this, tell me what to do next
