Although the food was incredible upon my first visit, nothing leaves a bad taste in my mouth like poor customer service.

After responding to my first message - enquiring about their opening dates and times (which is not on their website) - very promptly, the rest of my messages have been left on “seen” ever since. I even asked them whether I need to phone in to confirm my birthday reservation, but I received no response.

Although I could call to try to make a successful reservation, this experience made me think that they don’t need/want/deserve my business. Very disappointed.
