Service at Proud Mary

We were not warmly welcomed getting in by the ladies and the waiters who were queued at the door… And as someone who use to work in a restaurant I know waiters tend to look down at customers depending on age group and dress code l Anyways we were placed at a table we were not comfortable in and when we asked to change the lady who brought us in from the door, said we are good there and she’ll bring a waiter We asked another waiter to change tables, and we were allowed to We then waited close to 20 minutes with no waiter to even come introduce themselves as the one that would be serving us. We had to call one of the waiters who were passing by to ask for service.

Then we were finally served by Solly, very sweet man, whose service was also very good and made us overlook the unpleasant welcome

Overall the place is beautiful, the food was great too…
