We are training facilitators and were approached by ProTraining Consultants to deliver a course for them. The terms of the agreement were payment immediately on delivery of the course. Thus far, we have received confirmation by the end client that payment was made, but ProTraining have not paid us, despite numerous calls, emails and follow up messages. The owner has avoided making contact and has yet to settle us.
