Door Rubber

I took my car in for a service at Proton Menlyn on the 27/01/2015. I informed them that the back rubber of my door is not right as they replaced it on the 23/05/2014. The lady informed me that they can not replace the rubber as it is not covered under the warranty anymore. I understand the fact that it is not covered anymore but they already replaced it and now I have a problem with it again.
