Very Bad service and *************

I sent my inverter worth R12000 back under warranty and its been now 4 months and I still have not got it back. Every time I call there is a different story. They also owe me a refund of R4000 I been waiting about 6 months for. I am now taking them to small claims court as I have had enough of their lies.
