STAY AWAY - Email and photo proof of bad installation and after sales service

Installation of lit battery, 5kva Fivestar inverter and 6 380watt sol panels without any circuIt breakers or fuses!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY. Absolutely horrified by the type of service delivery I received for trying to replace or repair 5kva inverter. They even tried to give me someone else inverter after they claimed they repaired it, luckily I noticed the serial numbers did not match and the reason why they decided themselves to replace the inverter with another used one its because I was in a hurry and called them each day asking for an update.. 1 phone call of 1min gives you the liberty to swap my inverter without telling me and hope I dont notice the serial number! I eventually collected my “repaired inverter” after 9 working days but its still not repaired its still not showing the solar icon in full bright sun and only shows it in the early morning and late afternoon. Before I handed them my faulty inverter I send them 5 emails without any reply. The telephone calls was not great either with putting the phone down in your ear while you still speaking or saying good bye oh and they dont have time to say thank you for calling or even good bye. Who ever owns the company clearly doesn’t care about customer service.
