Stay away -

I have been in the solar industry for 10 years and never came across such a *********** ***** company. Stay away!!!! I received order of a lithium battery I paid for. The product was visually damaged and I am not surprised. Can see it is a old products. The packaging for such a product was totally inadequate. No protection / wrapping / foam at all. Juts in a normal Proton solar box. This product contains lithium and is unsafe to ship like this !!!!! One can see that it clearly fell around in the box with parts of the product piercing through. ( terminals and knobs ) It seems that the insides also came loose. Been trying to get hold of anybody at Proton and all I get is a manager will call me back – Nothing
