Proton solar's dis -regard for Customer's issues and length of time to resolve anything

I give them zero rating, i am a pensioner who invested over R25k for an inverter system from Proton, 6 months later the system stopped working, after one and half month of trying to get hold of them , finally my system was sent back to them in september 2022 at my own costs, 6 months later after almost begging them for answers and when i can have my system back repaired, i even paid for the repairs, only to find out that my inverter was damaged by their factory after repairs. they then sent a reconditioned inverter, which i clearly stated that the replacement must be a new one!! to date its now 9 months, the system is not working, they sent me back old batteries/not mine, they refuse to give me the Directors number, i finally thru the net got is facebook address and sent my issues to him, gone over 2 months , no response, despite reminders sent! Someone needs to sue to this company, as a pensioner with my life long savings i have lost out so much!! regards Glanny Naidu Richards bay
