Proton Solar is a very bad company

Just want to alert clients about the this bad company.... I have booked in an skyking inverter about 7 weeks ago and they never call a customer to state the state of repair, a client must always call them. a few days ago she rep**** with a email to me: just look at the email conversation

Just a follow up:

I have submitted the inverter on job card 0426 on the 1 of September 2022…. That is today 7 weeks already, but in your email quoted” repair should not exceed more then two more weeks at most “you said that it will not take longer than 2 weeks….

I need feedback today please as it I way longer than 2 weeks.

Kindly be advised repairs are taking longer then the usual timeframe the factory's leadtime given of 3-5working days . Factory has notified us that repair should not exceed more then two more weeks at most , however they do apologize as well as Proton Team for any inconvenience caused in process.
