Proton solar diztribution
Proton gives a electricion that install the solar dystem and signs eligal sihns off coc. No llobody inspected his eotk after the setvice was renders no breakers was installed and panels was not granded or connected to the system

29 Nov 2022, 10:41On the 12 July 2022 we went to Proton Solar Distributions and pay for a system and they took n document out recommended and solar electricion to do the installation. The electrision was their recommendation and we took Proton by word of good service. On the 26 Nov 2022 both my inverters boomed and totally damaged and blamed it on the installer recommended by Proton. The lifted their hand not to assist and said they can only able to assist us with the fixing of the inverter after the 15 January 2023 due to backlog issues of fixing of products. Both my inverters is still under warrenthee and seems like nothing will be done. The company do not have a great after service and never answers their telephones . It is a real disgrace. I need to know of they are SARS compliant.
