Yesterday I bought 2 lithium batteries from this company.

before I went tot the shop, I confirmed stock against a written quotation from the company.

The moment I paid by EFT, I was informed that the stock was held at another warehouse ten minutes away. 1hour 30 minutes and the stock appeared from the back of this make shift warehouse /shop. 2 x units wrapped in bubble wrap, no manuals, not papers no cabling. the units did not match the pictures on the website but Richard assured me all was in order. A lady came to me and requested to sign receipt. I felt very uncomfortable but decided to take the units as it should give me some leverage. When I got home, I called the company, and Richard answered. I asked to speak to the owner, and was told he is not available and he cannot give his number. I was told the owner will call me back. NOTHING!!! to the previous reviewer, with the similar battery issue, please contact me so we can deal with this jointly.
