Proton solar distributors centurion

I bought ultra energy lithium ion batteries from them with a certificate for a 7 year guarantee. I have returned single batteries at various occasions (actually 13 times). I took 2 batteries in for repairs and requested that the owner, Gerrit should phone me to ensure that we make arrangements to synchronize the batteries as this is needed. He is the only person at this enterprise that seems to know something about solar. I was in the shop and still he would not talk to me. According to Ritchard he is to busy.
