Proton Distributors refused to respond to my warranty claims on my inverter and batteries now 4 months!!

It seems they have turned a deaf hear to my desperate need of my inverter and deep cycle gel 200ah gel batteries to be sent back to me. As pensioner I have invested over R25k to have this system installed as a back up when load shedding. Since dec 2021, the system ran well with no issues for the first 6 months, thereafter the system started to lose charge and finally failed. Because it was under warranty, i sent the inverter and batteries back to Proton distributors for check and repairs. Since September 2022 I literally had to make numerous calls to get progress on the warranty claims. different stories were told, now 4 months later they refuse to answer my calls , ignore all my emails and whatsapp messages. My pension money was used to purchase this system.
