I bought gel batteries here and in less than 2 months they were only providing me with an hour of power during load shedding, I eventually called the installer and he told me to take them back. Proton told me they will take them for assessment in their factory and that will take 3-5 working days but 2 weeks later they were still not back. I then asked for an exchange or refund the lady told me” I WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING LIKE THAT FROM THEM” I then went to the store and they eventually gave me my batteries back but when they were installed the problem was still the same-power for an hour only.
