Poor Service
Bought goods which I had to return the next day due to incorrect information from staff. Still waiting for my refund more than a week later. Customer service failure!

Got this: GOOD DAY KINDY BE INFORMED THAT REFUND WAS HANDED OVER TO FINANCE DEPARTMENT.PLEASE BE ADVISED THE LADY DOING FINANCE ARE CURRENTLY SICK AND ARE WORKING FROM HOME ,HOWEVER SHE WILL SEE TO THE REFUND BEING PROCESSED AS TOLD TO THE CLIENT.
Back tracking! In other words I DONT have my refund. Still no reflection in my bank account.

25 Jul 2022, 10:02I would be happy with a refund in 3 - 5 working day. Except I bought the item on the 7 July and returned it on the 8th. Currently in my calculation is 11 working days!!!
