Poor after sales

I bought 2x 12V Gel batteries from this company. The batteries started failing after 3 months, still within the warrantee. I wrote a mail, not even a response. I phoned, just promises of your call to be returned... I drove there to exchange the battery , just to wait two weeks for it to be tested...still no feedback. Rather stay away from these okes, they just want to sell, but no after sales support.
