No response and wrong order!

I agree with bad respond on mails or phone call's. Further more a ordered on line 2 x rechargeable 12V batteries with them because they are the only one's that stock that brand. Payed for it, phone them back because there was no answer or respond from them and finally they send them of receiving a cheap brand that I did't ordered. I wrote mails, tried to phone them but with no luck!
