No repairs, no refunds, no replacements. Forget about laws like CPA, they do not apply to Proton Solar Distributors

We purchased an inverter including a Lithium battery kit. The inverter started to malfunction not even 2 months later.

Proton Solar Distributors asked to bring the inverter in for them to check under warranty.

Now I do not get any answers from them, they had to send the inverter to their supplier, like that is the customer's problem now, and they can't give me an answer. It has been 2 weeks and still no inverter, no repair, no refund or no replacement.

This is the worst electrical supplier I ever had to deal with.

I will not recommend you do business with them, you will just be wasting your and your client's money.
