NO ANSWER on my emails
I received the lost box but still struggle to get through to their phone lines and they are ignoring my emails. So i have to write another review for them to answer my email. Was there supposed to be cupholders on the bottom end? How to put the frame together. I did not receive an instruction manual , i ask for it on 6 emails, without any feedback on this matter. I want to check if we received all the parts and items because we were missing a box that was delivered late after i start to querie it. PLease Proton Solar send me urgently answers and installation guide with all the parts that was supposed to be send.

10 Jun 2020, 13:40if you check the emails on 8/6/2020 time 9:19 you will see i said clearly we live 100km outside the nearest town without cell reception and i have to drive 30 km to the nearest cell phone reception area. Today you told me that instructions manuals are not included (there are none) because plumbers know how to installed it... I ask my Plumber Friend and a Maintenance Manager at a Luxary Lodge and even they said it must come with installation paper /manual because there are diffrent manufacturers.
I need instructions on what is the inlet , outlet points breather pypes etc , on this specific geyser. Iif i knew beforehand it will not be available to me i will never bought it from Proton.
