My had earned money down the drain

The company did not treat me with the rights as provided for by the Consumer Protection Act. I experienced a very bad service from the service and sales staff and the manner in which they are dealing with this issue gives the sense that they don't care about me as a customer after I've used my hard earned money to buy a backup solar system from them. I'm now left in the dark and have to worry about load shedding again, after spending thousands of my hard earned money. No one is responding to emails or taking any accountability to resolve this, not even management. I've logged a query with the NCC and am also busy with lawyers. I will possibly seek advice from political leaders if needs be to have this resolved.
