Lack of interest in their customers and more..

They were very quick to fill my order for a 160 W PV panel but supp**** a monocrystalline (M) type to augment my polycrystaline one. A good distributor would know that this is a bad mix. They shipped it to me none-the-less. No more than 20 minutes later after doing my own research I tried to reverse the shipment without success. After the shipment arrived I message Nicki January said that they could supply a 250W type P at a very good sale price. I should ship the 160W back and pay in the difference of R650. Once I paid their mobile and landlines became unavailable. All my messages were unanswered. They never even supp**** the shipping address I called for which turned out to be a blessing as I at least still have the 160W pv panel.
