I will never ever buy from them.

I am ****ed off with this company they advertised a battery which they didn't have I made a payment online a week ago never contacted me after making my payment. I contacted them spoke to Nikki and she said she would come back to me and she didn't contacted them again same story. The 3rd time I spoke to Candice she told me same story I will come to you. The fourth time she said there was a delay with the shipping I must expect my order by Fri which is tomorrow. The 5th time which was yesterday I spoke to Candice again to check if the shipping was done and she said I will come back to you after an hour and half no coming back I phoned again and she said someone will call you back and finally another lady contacted me i don't know her name but she said the battery is out of stock I was so angry she offered me another type of battery or refund I said to her give me my money back and she said I must email my banking details I told her there is no point of emailing because they don't reply. So she told me to send the details on their whatsapp number which I did straight away and Candice rep**** to say I have say your details to the account department. So I just phoned her and I told her to put me through accounts department and she told me the lady is not in today. If I read all the comments before I purchased the battery I wasn't going to they are very dishonest. Something needs to be done ASAP. WE are working so hard to earn the money and someone just take your hard earned cash like that. Candice and your team you can not carry on working with people like this and get away with it neverrrr. Just pay my money back and you won't even hear a word from me why must I wait 3 to 5 days as if I am returning something I purchased and I do not want to it what about the 9days you have been holding my money for something you don't have in stock. Pay my money back into my account the sooner the better
