fed up with PROTON SOLAR DISTRIBUTORS

Hallo

we have bought 6 x 200ah gel geb batteries fron PROTON SOLAR DISTRIBUTORS in Pretoria on the 1st July 2022. Amount is R24 163.00. Invoice number: INV***.

We had to pay 3.5% extra with the invoice because of card payment which we didn't mind doing so. Now we have a problem on the batteries, struggle to get hold of PROTON SOLAR DISTRIBUTORS in Pretoria.

Every time there is a new excuse, RICHARD, NIKKI, CHRISTIA and Cindy is the worst in sales.

The batteries is now at there premises from last week 20th September 2022 by them with our own cost to courier of R950 from Ermelo MP to SOLAR DISTRIBUTORS in Pretoria.

We send like 20 whats app messages to *** and try phoning them 30 times a day on *** and ***.

They don't even reply back on whats app and the phone conversation is short. don't get an answer out of them.
