Faulty Battery ( N nenergy)

On the 16 of September 2022 I bought a 100ah N energy lithium battery. On the17th of September 2022 I did the installation of the 3kva inverter and connected this battery.it worked for 15 minutes and stopped working. On the battery monitor it was showing 100% but no output on the battery terminals. On the 19th September I took back to Proton and I explained to them,they tested it and same results output. They offered to give me another new one, but that same new one had no out put, they said I must leave it with them they will call me I even offered to pay more if they can get me different brand. The battery cost was R12000.On the 21st September I called them the lady's name is Nikki, she said my battery is fine only the changing perimeters on my inverter were wrong, the y have settings which my inverter had the same settings the gave me. I took the battery back and connected it back it only worked one day.when I test it there is no output. I feel like I should be refunded or given other type of battery, but these people don't have customer care they don't want to know.
