Dishonest business

I bought an 5kva Axpert inverter on 10th October 2022 from Proton Solar because they had stock. driving from Northcliff to Centurion to take delivery and pay the R 9 800,00. I delivered it to my client's premises where my registered solar electrician Turncor Electrictrical took delivery and in front of me connected the inverter to the system - it would not switch on so disconnected it and handed it back to me. On closer inspection we could see that there were paint spots on it and the seal on the casing had been broken. I returned the inverter the following day to be told that the inverter had to be sent for evaluation. Today I phoned the and spoke to Jemma who is escalating my refund claim to the finance department. I have phoned in excess of 20 times and sent a lawyer's letter they just don't care!
