Defective products and non existent customer service

Terrible quality products reject stock. We purchased two batteries these batteries last only 30 minutes. We took in in and it was sent for testing. We got it back and it still only lasts for 30 minutes. The manager stated she is aware of the brand and that they no longer stock it due to it not lasting.

We keep being told we will be called back by the manager but to this day no call back.

Each time I call I am told she is too busy to tak my call.

The store refuses to answer their phone.

Worst suppliers ever. I am convinced the staff don't know what they are doing.
