Beware! Ordered Lithium Battery but not received weeks later!

I've purchased a Lithium battery and the sales representative told me max delay would be 24 hours before I received it. This was on the 28 Oct 2022. They have promised that they will get stock "daily" but it never comes. I've tried calling multiple times and even though they answer sometimes, they always say they will call me back but never do. I am extremely concerned whether I will get my refund or battery at this point, I would not risk anyone buying from them. The "Director" is never available to speak to you and the Management dont know what they are doing either. Stay away from them...
