BAD BAD EXPERIANCE (GOLDSHINE BATTERIES / PROTON SOLAR DISTRIBUTORS)

BAD BAD BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!

We bought 20 Gel Batteries from this company.

16 Batteries were installed and barley used. (Batteries only lasted about 6 Months)

4 Batteries were never used.

Upon testing the batteries we found that all of the batteries tested at a max output capacity of about 38% (Including the new ones)

We reported the problem to the company about 2 and a half months before the expiry date of the warranty.

I was first told to return the batteries for al FULL assessment and testing. (To be done the same day)

The batteries was sent back +- 1100km at own cost.

The Batteries was never tested!

No proof were supp**** of any testing only a reply that the batteries was drained by ourselves and thus the warranty is void. (including the brand new batteries)

The owner refuse to talk to us directly and only worked through staff.

Now I am left with 20 useless batteries and a huge loss of more than R37 000

Absolutely no service received whatsoever and warranty on their products seems to be in void the moment you receive goods. WARENTY NON EXISTENT!!!! AS GOOD AS TOILET PAPER!!!!!!!
