Bad contractor

I searched gumtree for someone to errect a nutec wendy. Guy by the name Laurence Kufa contacted me and demanded more and more money and left without completing the structure. Just want to warn people and ad with number ********** 200 or ********** 531 should be reported. Or else anything with his name comming up. His ads expired so i cant report them
