No Follow up service

<p>We had 2 very expensive installations done by Protomic security, owner Paul Stevens. We have a problem with one alarm systems. trying to get hold of him for about 8 months. In the beginning promises to come out never materiliase and now he just dont reply at all...My advise is to never use him as a security installer. Check to see if he is a memeber with any security association.</p>
