Pay but never receive item

This SITE https://protetox.com/ is a complete ****. I bought items in Nov 22 and still waiting for delivery. When I contacted their customer support they just state that the item tracking number no longer works and that I need to take it up with the courier company. I did not buy it from the courier company but from Protetox.com direct. They do not want to pay me back or assist with this issue.

Take note this site is a complete ****. Stay away
