Poor service

Lenasia Ext 7 Protea Recreational centre.

I have been tediously trying to get assistance for a booking for this hall over the past 3 weeks. The lady who is the so called Receptionist named Ancie is so unprofessional n not clued up with any of the operations regarding the rental of the hall. I have been given the run around that a gentleman would return my call as he is the manager of the place. I called again Monday n was told to call Wednesday as he isn't in. I called today, Wednesday and now his apparently on leave. This is highly unacceptable and I would like to be contacted by the people in charge. We also used the same hall in September 2021 and here we are still waiting for the return of our deposit.This is really poor management !!!!
