Disgusting Service Policy Standards

Protektor Build are owners of demolished goods which they claim from houses they demolish. As a builder It is a good place to source second hand roof tiles when you cannot match those on an old house. I returned 55 roof tiles out of 1 200 I had purchased from them at a price of R5,00 each. Bear in mind they do not buy these tiles, they claim them from sites they demolish - so their stock is free! Upon return they wanted to charge me a 40% handling fee and refund me at R3,00 a tile each, totalling R88,00. These tiles were chipped at some of the corners, and were filthy dirty. I had to clean off their tiles before I could repaint my clients roof. This is the most disgusting business policy I have ever come across. I told them to keep their money and use it as toilet paper. It cost me more in fuel to return their free goods to them, for which I had already paid R6 000!!!
