Incompetency Protek Security Company

I am billed every month for security and armed response when my security alarm goes off. On 7 July at 6H07 the alarm went off. The so called armed response was in a form of a phone call which only came at 6H20. When I complained about this they called again at 6H30 to say their armed response was at the gate. Imagine, 30 minutes later!! What are we paying for? In 30 minutes the ****s would have finished their job. Protek we are not paying you to come and clean up the mess, but we are paying you to protect our lives and our homes. Please Oerer help me report this to the relevant body and help me find a competent security company in Mthatha Eastern Cape
