Pay me please

I.signed a salvage quote acceptance on 28 August 17 which said I will be paid my money for roof tiles they collect within 10 days after collection, which was done by the the 8th September 17. Since that day I have not yet received my money, 10 days came and is now gone, I've been calling and emailing and on 2 occasions I was told my money is being deposited, the last being on Thursday 12 October17. I ask for POP, none is sent to date.
