***********, ******* and Misleading

On Friday the 27th of November 2015 we purchased 500 roof tiles from Wayne (one of the sales people) at Protector Build with that we included a fee for transportation and labour from and to our premises on handling the tiles...however also confirmed with Wayne that there might be a possibility that we can arrange our own transportation of the goods as that would save us the costs...thus ever since we collected the 500 tiles on the 28th of November 2015 with our own efforts and labourers we requested a refund of the transportation costs and this has been denied from Johan who seems to be one of the managers of Protector Build...we have made numerous calls, sent numerous e-mails, left messages with their colleagues and paid three visits to collect the money from them, however there has been no efforts from Protector Build or management of the company....note that according to their terms and conditions no refunds will be made for any goods bought at the company...however this does not have any effect on this situation as this includes a service which was not met and reached and therefore the company is purely ******* and Misleading
