Delivery - extremely unreliable

I am deeply disappointed in the service. I placed an order for tiles and paid immediately. The sales person, Clive, was extremely unresponsive in confirming that they had the correct tiles available and then in arranging delivery. Each of the many times I called, he promised to call back, and never did - not once. On the day he promised delivery, he said I would have the tiles by midday. I had a building team on standby. The tiles never arrived. I later found out that Clive had only alerted the transport department after 3pm the day he had promised me delivery. Next promise - I would have the tiles by 9am Monday morning. Nothing. After many phone calls, I discovered he was on leave. After much drama, the tiles were delivered at 2pm. I ended up paying for a team of builders for two additional days during which they could do nothing. Be warned, should you be stupid enough to order from this company, delivery is also going to be a nightmare. The rule is, the product has to be delivered somewhere on your property. They quite literally dump it right next to where the truck stops.
