Bunch of ******!!!

On the 05.02.2015 I paid for 1 x Aluminuim Window Bronze. Unfortunately we were un able to arrange for transport and requested a refund within the 7day working policy as per the Consumer Act. Johan agreed, only to find out that his directors declined. They now refuse to pay me back my money and I will definitely take this further with the Consumer Regulator.
