AWAITING 3 YEARS FOR A TRADE TEST CERTIFICATE

I work at Telenetix Technology Solutions, and 1 of our empolyes go for his Trade Test Prep 8 in 2013, we pay in full 8/4/2013 and did not received his Certificate, after emails, phone calls, to Danie, Olga, Kenny, Stella (all from Protech Training) and also send emails to Nokulunga Mthemba from Ceta - Promised we will received it in 6 weeks time after we re- submid it again on 8 Oct 2015 - and today it is 12 Dec 2015 - NO REPLY FROM - NOKULUNGA (CETA) STELLA (PROTECH TRAINING) We really don't know what to do to get Mr L Morrison Trade Test certificate- He is waiting +-3 years for it now - VERY BAD SERVICE FROM: PROTECH TRAIING / CETA. I really hope after this complaint we will get results - I also think to go to \Speak Out"on SABC 2 - to ask for help with this problem. """
