At the first visit I would have given the company a 5 star rating after the first treatment. However, for the second treatment the provider arrived early and left the property, resulting in DISGUSTING service. Later the provider finally took accountability for their team leaving early. I had paid for 2 treatment services, received only 1 and upon asking for a refund of half my payment, I was told "Unfortunately, I'm going to have to then give you back ****raoches"
