Appalling Service

Santam sent me to Protech to repair my Audi. protech said they would need 10 days for repair. Replace lhs door and repair and spray panels on rhs and spray bumper back. When I took car in I was told max 10 days for repair - I questioned it as I rely on my car for work. I asked Rebecca the Pro to quote on repairing a small dent on the boot while the car was in. Despite 3 calls, 1 to Miriam (said she was CEO) and Rebecca the Pro - I received nothing until today when the car should have been complete!<br> When I went to collect car today I was told it would only be ready mid next week. I had tried calling several times this morning but all the staff where in management meeting till 1100, and I had arranged a lift to collect car at 1100.<br> After a pathetic meeting with Miriam, and she telling me I was being unreasonable expecting my car on the day promised - she then said she could have the car ready by close of business this Friday, and then by lunch time this Friday? <br> So now after waiting 10 days - I have to wait another 4 days....
