Unauthorized policy and debit order

I received an sms notificationfrom the bank indicating that R188.00 was deducted from my account by Unlimited with a ***. On contacting them they confirmed I have taken a policy with them. I explained that I had never taken any policy with them. They told me that on the recorded message I agreed to take a policy which is a lie. They broke into my personal information and further broke into my bank account and deducted my money. Now they say for them to stop this policy I must write an email and explain. I told them that hence they record the call my call serves as a record that I did not have a policy with them. They persisted but I refused and told them on their face that they are ******** and **********.
