Extremely poor service from Bosch Protec Benoni

I had a very disappointing experience with Bosch regarding my vehicle’s air conditioning repair.

After receiving an initial quote, I was later informed of additional costs due to their supplier’s error, which I had to cover. I specifically requested to be informed and to approve any further charges before work was carried out.

Despite this, additional repairs were done without my authorisation, and I was only informed when collecting my car. I was then pressured into signing a document and agreeing to further payment in order to have my vehicle released.

The lack of communication, transparency, and customer care was extremely frustrating. I would strongly advise others to ensure all costs are clearly agreed upon in writing before any work is done.
