DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY. They have de*****ed myself and multiple subcontractors of hundred of thousand of Rand.

They have left my home in an embarrassing state of substandard work, incomplete construction, ******* structures....and... a. the works is only about 60% completed, despite 90% payment made; b. the work is of substandard quality with extremely poor attention to detail and execution; c. multiple structures (retaining walls, decking, balustrade and internal staircase) have been erected, that are *******, structurally unsound and create a substantial risk of serious physical injury to another person (subcontract not paid); d. electrical wiring has been disconnected, connections lost and rewired wrong; e. paint work has not been completed (subcontract not paid); f. the laminate flooring is lifting and stair nosing loose; g. the roof is leaking in multiple locations, stagnant water is evident on the flat roof; h. two skylights are leaking and one skylight is permanently open to the weather; i. no electrical COC has been issued as is required by the law; j. no gas installation COC has been issued as is required by the law; k. the contractor has not attended to the extensive snagging list; l. the contractor has exceeded the time plan by over 5 months; m. the contractor has failed to clean the site

If you value your home do not engage this company. The workmanship is extremely poor...and work is left unfinished. They will run away with your money...
