Customer ******

I took my car be fitted with 4 tyres which i paid for on the 27/02/2015 and promised to fetch it later.I asked the colleague to fetch it and I didnt check if all 4 tyres were fitted as i didnt expected anything wrong.After some time a carwasher warned me about the 2 front tyres only that I realised that ive been short charged.When I approached them I met a rude and mean manager who told me about cluase 5 of the invoice which talks about 14 days within which one can complain.With his little education he failed to realised that the clause applies when there was service/goods rendered.In this case they didnt issue out 4 but 2 tyres.He went on being rude and told me that he doesnt care whether I take the matter to the laywers because I had 14 days within which to complain.I didnt know that a customer must check everything before leaving because they are ****** which is an experience that I never had with Continental tyres. They never issued 4 tyres,then cluase 5 doesnt apply. They are a bunch of ****** and mean people.I want my money or they give me the 2 tyres that they' re trying to rob me of.Everyone please be warned of these ******.If you can avoid them please do,if not be careful
