Builder Experience - Stay Away!

I strongly advise against engaging with this builder for your construction needs. Despite initial appearances, numerous issues arose throughout the process. Delays were substantial, and they provided excuses for prolonged absences, resulting in a project starting two months later than agreed upon. Additionally, their lack of knowledge and attention to detail became evident, even struggling to discern the correct orientation of a sliding door.

Once the construction was finally completed after a prolonged 2-month period, a significant snag list surfaced. Attempting to negotiate with the builder to address these concerns proved futile as I was unresponsive for an extended period of 10 months. Despite my best efforts to address the situation courteously, the builder refused to take responsibility, claiming to do me a favor by not helping further, as I expressed the need for potential legal action.

In light of these unacceptable circumstances and the absurd level of customer service experienced, I strongly urge you to seek alternative options for your construction projects. Your hard-earned money deserves to be invested in a more reliable and professional service provider.
